It is a 3bhk with all spacious bedrooms and a massive living space and a separate pooja room (technically it's a 3.5bhk)

It is in a standalone bungalow

Capacity is of 7 ppl so rent per head would be 5.5k and deposit would be 10k

Electricity bill wifi bill and maid salary would be variable total within 1.5k

spects of 2720 are far better than 2660 but that website i'm not sure about also the version is global

and 2660 is made for india in which upi also works
