Zarim is the heart of A Weald

In the world of A Weald, there exists a beautiful city under the pale disk's light called Zarim.

Even if it has been years since there was a proper caretaker for this wonderful city, Zarim still glows gold under the pale light of the disk.

Zarim has been through dark times under the rule of King Kalthaer, but it still tries to hide its wounds of the battles it endured and keep pretending nothing is out of the ordinary.

In the far corner of the city facing the water is The Tree, a fortress in which the King hides.

In the center of the city is The Bazaar in which people buy their needs from the merchants that the royalty approve under the watch of the active patrols of soldiers that serve The Tree.

The city's sky is occupied by the horde of Metal Birds that roam the sky, searching for something out of The Regulations, leaving no space for the birds to fly.

Opposing The Tree, there are five abandoned monasteries and castles that were once house to highborn families that shared power before the War of the Eleven Demons.

Some say the highborn are the same ministers that serve King Kalthaer, some others say Kalthaer sent them to exile after the War, blaming them for dragging Zarim to war.

All we know for certain is there is almost nothing left of the buildings that were once beautiful monasteries and castles of the wealthiest families of Zarim.

But there is still hope for Zarim to grow, the people are unhappy but haven't lost their hope yet and they believe this city can out grow the misery and proceed to provide satisfying lives for them all.

A Weald is free for everyone to read

A Weald is a four volume dystopian novel in the form of a saga.

The story takes place in a fantasy world inspired by true historical events, with a functioning society and political system evolving and reacting to the events almost accurately.

A Weald is my child, all that i have lived through, all that i have read, i pored into these four books you might now hold, and since i seek no more than to share this story, i published it for free on my own website.

you can access the series and download either an English or a Farsi version of these four books.

you can download and read for free in the link.

The Story of Civilization is my favorite book in my bookshelf.

Out of all my books, i love this book the most.

I have learned a lot from it and it has helped me write my articles and my book.

They say it might not be a very accurate source of historical information but i believe nothing is the truth about history.

I enjoy reading this book more than any other.

what do you think?

This is my family's generational Quran

This Quran is somewhere between 300 to 500 years old and has been exchanging hands in my family for 13 generations.

I'm currently the youngest to ever hold this book to guard it.

The elders hold this valuable piece in a glass box, so i want you to know that whoever sees this is of great value to me.

Librarians validated that this book is stone printed and is probably from the golden age of Islam, but i cannot claim anything confidently because i am not a book credit, i only inherited this book and some day i will pass it down to my son and he will do the same.
