Has anyone FOIA'd all the tips that came into the tip line, MPD, or ISP?

I'm gonna guess that no one can get info from the FBI, (except Patel or Trump himself).

I thought I saw that someone requested those but were given a ridiculous quote for how much it would cost. Starting to look like how hard it is to get the Epstein files.

Does anyone know more? I would bet the answers to who all are involved are buried in those tips.

Navy Seal Dusty Turner speaks out about serving 31 years in prison for a murder he didn't commit

East Idaho News published this new video interviewing someone who was wrongfully convicted, and many years later released, when the actual perp finally confessed.

An interesting discussion and example of the hurdles faced when an innocent is framed by the real suspect, and the limited appeal options.

Defense did argue the case for multiple perps/alternative suspects, possible multiple weapons, Hippler played jury, & other prosecution shenanigans. Neeks Peeks' new video has the details.

Interesting tactic to put people on the witness list to limit the type of questions defense could ask. I already saw how intimidating it was to put BK's family members on that list.

Were these tactics used to connive and coerce a plea deal? Thoughts?

Did they ever fingerprint the victims' phones?

There was the question about Xana's and Ethan's phones and which was which. Pav thinks Ethan's was the pink one, which was found on the bed near him. And the gray phone was found on the floor next to Xana.

Others have pointed out the pink one with a sticker on back was instead Xana's. And there is a pic somewhere of them together where Ethan has the gray one on his lap and Xana had the pink one in her lap. Did they get mixed up?

Was that book of Passwords handy to anyone that was in Xana's room?

Did forensics get prints off any of the phones to determine if they had the phones correctly identified or if someone else may have used them to throw off the timeline?

The psychology of society’s blind trust in narratives. "Why We Follow Authority: Understanding Gullibility and the Dangers of Blind Obedience"

Just an article that helps explain the bias and inability to be open minded about the prosecution and LE's version of events.

[Has anyone else noticed that the vast majority of users that comment about this case (mostly to support the inaccurate narratives pushed by MSM), don't work on weekends and holidays?

Very little new activity over this past holiday weekend in most of the other subs. Yet yesterday, there was an avalance of commenters that suddenly popped in.]

The whole fish / filleting drama

About the scene we saw from last week in this clip https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=z_mEQh4qnGU where the fish was being served whole because it's a fresh local fish, yet Daisy had an issue with filleting them.

Isn't it the classy upscale yacht experience to have the local fish served that way?

I don't understand why Daisy couldn't have planned for all 4 stews to take 15 minutes from their other tasks to do a silver service for the fish presentation. He gave her enough time to plan.

Barbie even said something about it in the aftershow.

Sandy would have expected white glove service. Is it me or has Daisy been getting a little too uppity with Ben lately?

I thought chefs usually get the last word because their tips depend on the food experience the most.

About the 1st floor bathroom and other pics

This creator is a research channel that makes brief and concise vids about the evidence. The latest one shows the first pics taken from the scene too. The above link has pics from the downstairs bathroom.

A few items for discussion:

- although there are towels behind the door, there is no floor mat or toilet paper left on the cardboard roll

- although there are shampoo and soap bottles in the shower, the shower curtain still has the pressed folds that a brand new one might have

- there is a small red spot on the floor by the trash can. Allegedly Broken Plea notes there is no trash in the can, but we cannot see that from these photos.

I like this channel, it provides a quick summary of evidence ao I don't waste time watching 2 hr videos. It's not monetized so there are usually only 1 or 2 commercials that YT puts in anyways.

Interesting Points from a New Video by Brian Records about the Nancy Guthrie Case

"FBI Matched the Doorbell Footage — What It Shows About Dominic Evans Will Disturb You..."

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=B1RFHo-dgrs

Youtube.com/@Brianirecords

He points out gaps in the CODIS system that may explain why some DNA checks never match. Apparently there are different levels of databases: local, state, and national. And different rules for obtaining samples depending on when a felony conviction happened. And that many convictions obtained from plea deals may never even need to provide a sample, even for felonies.

He makes many other logical points in this captivating analysis.

Interesting Call-In from a Resident of Pullman about the Moscow/Pullman Area - T-Rev Video from 3 Years Ago

This info got buried 3yrs ago by the contrarian club and truth oppositionists.

T-Rev 757 was one of the first YTers to talk about this case. He was the 1st to take calls from WSU Mom Kim. Strange how instantly both their credibilities were attacked. He has many interesting calls from people that would talk about the area and rumors they were hearing.(His vids are usually hours long but good for listening to on long trips.)

This one is from the 2nd WSU Mom dated March 2023:

His review and opinions had already been publicly released under the unsealed discovery, so what's her deal ?

The Change.org Petition Link: https://www.change.org/p/we-demand-federal-oversight-and-transparency-in-the-idaho-4-1-case-idaho-v-kohberger

https://www.change.org/p/we-demand-federal-oversight-and-transparency-in-the-idaho-4-1-case-idaho-v-kohberger

A change.org petition has been put up by someone listed as "Truth Seeker". Currently it has close to 800 signatures. Share if you believe there is not enough evidence to eliminate reasonable doubt and that BK may have been deprived of his right to a fair and due process. Here is what it says:

---

"The Issue

We, the undersigned, respectfully urge the U.S. Department of Justice to intervene and review the Idaho 4+1 case (Idaho v. Bryan Kohberger) now that the state-level legal proceedings have been closed. This case originated in Latah County, Idaho, United States, and has attracted international attention due to unresolved questions about evidence handling, transparency, and defendants’ rights within the U.S. justice system.

The Official case-related documents and public records are available through the City of Moscow, Idaho:

https://www.ci.moscow.id.us/1165/Kohberger-Investigation-Documentspetition calls for accountability and clear, documented standards to protect due process in high-profile prosecutions.

Despite the apparent closure of the case within the state of Idaho, many serious concerns remain unanswered. The way this case has been rushed to conclusion—without a full trial, without the defense being able to challenge the evidence in open court—has left the public with growing doubts. For many observers, it appears incomplete, questionable, and deeply discouraging. We believe federal intervention is now not only appropriate—but necessary. A transparent, independent review at the federal level can help clarify the ambiguities, address potential violations of due process, and restore public trust in the justice system. If there has been any injustice or abuse of power, the federal government has the responsibility to correct it.

We are not asking for speculation or drama—we are asking for accountability, truth, and fairness. We urge the DOJ to act now.

As people who care deeply about justice and truth, we urge the Attorney General to:

Ensure federal oversight of this case

The pursuit of justice must never be hidden in darkness. The public deserves to know the truth."
