Ted V. Mikels' THE ASTRO-ZOMBIES (1968) isn't quite as fun as the featured still makes it look, but has its moments (thanks to the presence of John Carradine and Tura Satana). Rod Wilmoth plays both of the Astro-Zombies, an indication of the film's hilariously low budget.

I'm preparing to taper off kratom (see the spate of recent bans), and akuamma appears to be the only fill-in that's easily available. I'm not looking for a buzz, but I am looking for something that will ease the withdrawal symptoms and continue to help with my spondylitis pain.

Trouble is, even the vendors selling akuamma seem to give it a lukewarm endorsement at best ("Sure, this might work for you! Who knows? It's a free country!"). Some customer reviews say it's helpful, but a significant number say that it had no measurable effect at all. Can someone tell me what I might realistically expect from akuamma? Thanks.
