Endermen should teleport out of boats if about to be hit by a projectile

Ever since endermen has been updated to be hit by arrows in a boat, I've been thinking about this situation, then this idea came to mind..

Endermen can dodge projectile right? Then why cant they teleport out of boats when in the same situation?

It should make more sense knowing that Endermen can teleport. Correct me if I'm wrong though

UtauV Emerald Double-Click Lyrics not Showing
