

Zepto's NEW THEFT SCHEME
I ordered a cat food box which arrives with 12 sachets inside a taped/sealed box.
There was no box. There were only 10 sachets in the zepto polybag. I complained immediately with photos. I don't know how to send photos of "missing" product.
Zepto basically did a "we investigated ourselves and found ourselves to be guilty of absolutely nothing".
This is the third time that I have had issues with "missing" produce. Thwy always claim that it was packed correctly. Even when I open the package in front of the delivery guy and show him that products were missing, he asks me to contact Zepto CS, and they say there's no issue at all.
This is just the lowest level of theft. It's absolutely disgusting.

Is there any recourse? I paid with a credit card. They have stolen enough money from me in this way for me to lodge a serious complaint.
