Silver Miami Cuban link?

Hello all,

Wondering where I can buy a silver Miami Cuban link for the most affordable price, along with what that price should be?

Looking to get a 12mm that's either 24 or 26 in. Looks like it should be about 190-220 grams. Would also prefer a box lock clasp.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Based off my weight and my lifts, am I weak?

Hello all,

M29, got into weightlifting after ACL tear and surgery.
Lost 60lbs. I'm also 6'0.
Used to weigh 320 but now down tow 260. Not sure if this affects anything.

Post recovery I started going to the gym but I feel so weak which leads me here.

It's been about 2 years and these are some of my lifts (first set for each):

Dumbbell chest press: 130lbs x 10
Bent over row: 155lbs x 7
Lat pulldown: 180lbs x 8
Squat: 105lbs x 8
RDL: 225lbs x6 or 205 x 10, but grip keeps failing. Recently started to do farmer walk to hopefully help.

Leg extension: 90lbs x12 each leg though pain on operated leg
Seated leg curl: 87.5lbs x 10
Pec dec: 180lbs x 12
Bicep curl: 40lbs x 8
Tricep cable rope: 65 x 8

I'm grateful for what I am now, especially considering where I started, not only 60lbs heavier but also all my exercises were less than half of what I do now. It's just crazy to me because I see people who weigh like 150lbs lifting more than me. I'm pretty bummed that my chest still hasn't reach 225lbs on bench, or a 225 squat, or a 495 deadlift (also tried to do a standard deadlift and failed on first rep of 315 🥲), especially at my weight which should have some leverage right?

If i am where I should be, great, but if I should be considerably stronger, what can I do? Would following a 5x5 program for compound lifts help? Is it beneficial for exercises like RDLs?

Is 6 weeks enough for FAR?

Is it possible to take FAR in 6 weeks? Just purchased Beckers and wanted to know. I do have a vacation in 7 weeks and honestly don't want to have that in between studying.

Haven't been school in a while, but I am a GL senior accountant working in small non profit. Unfortunately don't have much exposure to financial statements or reports.

Appreciate any advice!

Beckers Fin Acc Course worth it if I got a 73 on diagnostic exam?

So I just took the diagnostics exam and got a 73%. Idk if it's worth purchasing the financial accounting foundation course at that point? Wouldn't I just learn more/what I messed up on, through the FAR materials? Also is a 73% bad? Obviously came into this without studying and haven't had a Fin Acc course since Fall 2025.

I'd honestly say this course was overall rather easy. Is FAR actually like this?

Edit: after looking into the breakdown of the exam, it seems that I did well (over an 80%) on all modules except I got 50% on the financial statements portions. Just wanted to add just in case.

Is pain year after postop normal?

Some back story, had ACL reconstruction about 2 years ago and cyclops lesion removal about a year ago.

Played soccer for first time in a year a little over a week ago, and I've been in pain since. Everything has gotten significantly stronger except for my squat. My leg extensions are almost 1:1, but since I played soccer my operated knee will not allow me to do leg extensions unless I drop the weight by 20 lbs.

Pain is mainly in the medial (inner) knee region.

Is this normal at this point? My knee has been cracking like crazy since the soccer session as well and has been very stiff.

Appreciate any advice or comments!

Typical Arab guy meme

Looking for an old meme of what the typical Arab man looks like by country.

From memory, the Syrian looked like Brandon Stark, some country looked like Walter white, some country looked like the weekend wearing a ghutra.

Anyone knowing of the meme I'm talking about? Would really appreciate if someone has it lol
