Why no one talking about what's happening in jantar mantar in Delhi
People of Kurnool, and almost no one around me seems to know what's happening at Jantar Mantar. I asked a few people, and some even said the students were just there to "have fun" and that the government would handle everything.
I argued for 10–15 minutes, but they dismissed me by saying, "You're just a kid."
They are beating the kids with lathi and expired tear gas , and pelting stones on student who are teenager and pointing out gun on them ? ? Scared of what kids?
Is anyone else seeing this level of unawareness, or is it just where I live?

Need some honest advice 🙏🏻
I'm 21 right now and I'll be 22 next year.
My parents want me to take another drop for NEET, but I honestly don't know if I should.
The weird part is, it's not like I don't study. I actually study consistently for almost the whole year. I attend tests, score decently, and genuinely put in the effort. But for the past two years, around March-April, I completely burn out. I lose all motivation and end up giving up right before the exam. It's like my brain just shuts down after months of preparation.
I'm scared that if I take another drop, I'll just repeat the same cycle.
I have the option to join BTech Bioinformatics this year, and part of me feels like I should move on. Another part of me feels guilty because my parents still believe I can crack NEET if I try one more time.
Age is my biggest concern. I just don't want to waste another year if I'm going to end up in the same place mentally.
Has anyone here been in a similar situation?
what would you do? I'd really appreciate honest advice, even if it's something I don't want to hear.
A police vehicle transporting NEET re-exam question papers from Madurai Airport to Thoothukudi district broke down en route; the papers were subsequently dispatched in a replacement vehicle under additional police security

Asked My Nani for Accountability and Regretted It 😭
Guys pata nahi ye kaam aayega ya nahi, but maine apni Nani ko bola ki exam tak mujhe torture karo 😭 Subah jaldi uthao aur jab bhi main padhne baithun toh mere saath baitho. Pehle main mushkil se 2–3 ghante padh pata tha, lekin ab 8–10 ghante ho rahe hain. Nani ka ek naya hi side dekhne ko mil raha hai 😞😔
I was convinced someone was watching me every night
Before reading this: I used ChatGPT only to fix my grammar and spelling mistakes because English isn't my first language. The story itself is completely mine.
I don't know if people will believe this, and honestly sometimes I don't even know what to believe myself. Back in 2024, I moved to Kota, India. For those who don't know, Kota is basically a city where hundreds of thousands of students move every year to prepare for extremely competitive college entrance exams. It was my first time ever living away from home. I'm from South India and everything felt different there. At first I had a roommate, but after some time he changed hostels and my warden shifted me to the 7th floor. I didn't think much of it at first, but later I realized I was completely alone on that floor. There were four apartments and mine was the only occupied one.
The first month was actually pretty normal. I was busy with classes, studying and tests. I was getting decent scores and everything seemed fine. Around December, though, I started feeling something I can't really explain. It felt like someone was watching me all the time. You know that feeling when you suddenly turn around because you're sure someone is standing behind you? It was like that, except it kept happening. Every time I looked, there was nobody there. I ignored it and blamed stress. Then I started seeing black shadows. Not actual people, just dark shapes moving at the edge of my vision. Every time I looked directly at them, they were gone. I kept telling myself it was because I was tired.
Then things got worse. I started hearing my name being called. Not like a real voice coming from the room. It felt more like another voice inside my head. Sometimes it would just call my name. Sometimes it would tell me to wake up. I know that sounds insane, but that's the closest way I can describe it. Around that time I was becoming really isolated. Some days I wouldn't even leave my apartment. I'd stay inside watching shows, eating instant noodles, studying and sleeping. Looking back now, I wasn't in a good mental state at all.
One night something happened that completely broke me. I woke up and felt like something heavy was sitting on my chest. I couldn't move properly and I remember feeling pure panic. Then I heard a voice. It sounded angry and desperate at the same time. The only thing I remember clearly is hearing, "Don't make the mistake I made." I don't know if I was dreaming, hallucinating, half asleep or what, but it felt real enough that I packed my bags the next morning and decided I was leaving Kota.
The problem was that my train ticket was two days later. Those two days were honestly the worst days of my life. I was terrified all the time. I was having thoughts that scared me. I didn't tell my parents because I knew they would panic. Only a few friends knew what was happening and they stayed with me as much as they could. I don't think they'll ever realize how much that helped me.
When the day finally came to leave, I felt relieved. Like I had survived something. During the train journey, around 2 AM, the train stopped at a station. I couldn't sleep, so I stepped outside. What I saw wasn't paranormal or anything, but after everything I'd been through it genuinely scared me. There wasn't a single person there. No passengers, no railway staff, nobody. The station wasn't abandoned or damaged. It was just completely empty. It was dark, silent and strangely clean. I stood there for a few seconds and the silence felt so unnatural that I got back into the train without saying a word and just waited for it to move.
When I finally reached home, I felt like I had escaped. I didn't even want my hostel clothes near me. I left them outside and later got rid of them. I went home, took a shower and cried. I was exhausted mentally and physically. I thought everything was finally over.
A few days later, after my entrance exam, I woke up during the night and saw another black shadow in my room. For a second my heart nearly stopped. I started yelling and my whole family woke up. The next day I finally told them everything that had happened. The strangest part wasn't their reaction. It was my mother's. She just froze while listening to me. Then she told me that for months she'd been having disturbing dreams about me and that's why she kept asking me to come back home. I never took those things seriously, but seeing her reaction genuinely unsettled me.
My parents first took me to a psychiatrist. The medication helped me sleep properly again. Later they also contacted a spiritual healer. I thought it was a waste of money and told them so. But the weird thing is that after that period, everything stopped. The feeling of being watched disappeared. The fear disappeared. The shadows mostly disappeared. It was like somebody had switched something off overnight.
Even today I don't know what happened. Maybe it was extreme stress, isolation and lack of sleep. Maybe my mind was breaking under pressure. Maybe there was another explanation. I genuinely don't know. All I know is that those few months remain the most terrifying experience of my life, and even now, years later, thinking about that empty floor and those nights still gives me chills.
