23F, Never been on a first date or had an in person relationship. Am I toxic, or just stuck?

I’m a 23 year old female living in a relatively conservative country and a small town almost everyone around me (younger or older) is in a relationship, dating, or going out. Meanwhile I feel completely stuck
I’ve had long distance relationships before but I’ve NEVER been on an actual first date in my life I’ve never gone out with a guy, shared activities, or experienced what a real life relationship feels like and honestly it bothers me
Here’s my issue whenever I like someone I might chat with them for a bit but it never goes beyond that if a guy asks me out I pull back and say no i can’t make the first move and I’m terrified of taking that step partly because of living in a small, conservative city, and partly because I don't even know what's holding me back
Am I subconsciously avoiding reality? Am I toxic for pulling away when things get real? Or am I just afraid? Has anyone else experienced this and how do you overcome the fear of that very first date?

The Midnight Knock and the Letter I Never Forgot

A few years ago, during my first year living alone in a small apartment, something happened that still keeps me up at night. It was around 2:00 AM, and a massive storm was howling outside. Suddenly, there was a loud, frantic knocking on my door. Three heavy knocks, then silence.
My heart was pounding. I didn't have a peephole, and I was too terrified to ask 'who is it?' in the middle of the night. I froze in the hallway for about ten minutes, listening to the rain, but the knocking never came back. Eventually, I managed to fall asleep, telling myself it was just the wind or a drunk neighbor.
The next morning, when I opened the door to leave for college, I found a plain white envelope on the doormat. Inside, there was no name, just a handwritten note that read: 'Thank you for staying inside. They were looking for an open door.'
I checked with my neighbors, but nobody saw or heard anything. To this day, I don't know who knocked, who wrote that note, or what would have happened if I had opened the door.
Has anyone else experienced something so unexplained?

Hello everyone 👋
**I am a 23 year old graduate with a background in Business Management, Marketing and Public Law I am currently looking into international job opportunities and I'm very interested in relocating to Portugal**
**I am a native Arabic speaker and I also speak English (B1/B2) and intermediate French I am highly interested in securing a role in Customer Support, Call Centers, or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies that target the Middle East or Arabic speaking markets**
I **would highly appreciate it if anyone could share insights on:**
**1/ Which major BPO/Call Center companies in Portugal frequently hire Arabic speakers?**
**2/ Do these companies usually provide visa sponsorship and relocation packages for international applicants?**
3/ **What is the average salary and cost of living for someone starting in this role?**
4/ **What is the best platform to apply (LinkedIn, Indeed or directly through company websites)?**

**Thank you so much in advance for your help and advice**
