Just set up my new Evolve2 buds on my Windows 11 machine. USB-A Link390 device for connection. In Discord, my friends are reporting that my voice is coming through choppy and sounds very far away. Their voice audio and streamed game audio are coming through just fine, and I recorded myself using Audacity and there was no choppiness. The audio quality is also noticeably worse in Discord than it was when I was listening to a TV show while cleaning.

Can anyone please recommend troubleshooting steps?

EDIT -- The Link390 and buds are both up-to-date. Jabra Direct is installed on my computer. The seal was verified as correct by the Sound+ app on my phone (and I confirmed the buds are disconnected from my phone while I'm on my PC).

I had someone I was paying under the table to clean my home in the Northeast. They were great and affordable, but moved out of the area awhile ago. Any recommendations for trust-worthy, affordable, and reliable home cleaners/services? I've used Homeaglow in the past, but there was all sorts of hidden nonsense in the contract and it felt like anything more than a basic vacuum and wipe down was an added cost.

Spent an hour trying to get a refund on a defective $250 item and dealt with multiple chat agents only to be offered a $50 credit "for being a loyal member for so long." In that time, Jeff Bezos made more than $7,000,000 in interest on his stock alone.

I am done.

Subscriptions cancelled. Account deleted.

Customer service got shitty and the products got shittier. I won't miss it.
