How the Primary AU is structured is fnaf 1 and 2 are all for Mike (+ some Jeremy) while during fnaf 3, Mike takes a backseat and his little sister Coppelia takes the stage! It’s her turn to be traumatized by robots and ghosts.

Afton in quotations because she’s technically a Mrs.Bishop. But the Bishops take the place of the Aftons in this AU.

She isn’t very important to the story but here is some info about her!

Melanie was the wife of Wilmer and is the mother to his three children. Melanie was a very ‘tough love’ sort of mother, she didn’t take nonsense or tomfoolery. She loved her children with all her heart though, even if she was a little strict and hard on them.

Wilmer was a different man before their marriage but after it he started to show his true colors to Melanie. Those true colors being Wilmer is a man incapable of loving anything. And he didn’t love her, he married her as apart of his facade as a “normal upstanding man”, and she and the children were just decorations. He had specific expectations and boxes he put them in and he didn’t like it when they tried to stray out of it.

Melanie had to escape him in the middle of the night, she couldn’t be upfront about wanting a divorce for her own safety. When Melanie left, she took their only daughter with her. It is a real and sad fact that when a mother escapes an abusive situation she sometimes can’t take all her children with her.

Wilmer was enraged and made the custody arrangements and divorce proceedings utter hell to spite Melanie. He would even go so far as to try to take custody of all three kids just to leave her with nothing. Their daughter though remains in Melanie’s care while their sons are still trapped with Wilmer.

Melanie doesn’t know what she ever saw in the man. As far as she’s concerned, Wilmer is the devil himself.
