Crf150rb seized (maybe dropped valve) :(

I just got a 2007 crf150rb to ride and did all the maintenance, engine oil, transmission oil, coolant, filter, carb clean, jetting, EVERYTHING. I took it out at the mountains and on my third ride I got ten minutes in before the engine stopped and I had to pull over, the back wheel didn’t lock up and right after it stopped I could still kick it but it was hard and it wouldn’t do anything, I did some investigating and saw that there was oil across my back wheel that I think was coming from a tube out of the engine and when I checked the oil it was bone dry. I took it home and after it cooled it wouldn’t turn, only when in gear it would turn a little but make a clunking noise. I pulled the spark plug but that didn’t help. Does this sound like a sized engine or more like a dropped valve (my brother who knows a little about engines said it could be a dropped valve) and what should I do next. At this point I haven’t done anything more to it, should I put oil in it or would that be a waste? If it is a seized engine or a dropped valve would it be worth fixing? I don’t know a whole lot about engines but I’m willing to put in a lot of time and effort and my uncle works in a garage so I might be able to access some more speciality tools. Any other advice would be appreciated. PS, sorry for the long ass paragraph

Crappy shift lever

I traded for a crf150r bout 3 months ago and haven’t truly even ridden it yet, but today I went through the gears just to make sure everything’s working good before I go riding soon and this cheap shift lever broke right off with normal shifting force. I wasn’t even kicking the lever like I sometimes would on trails and it snapped straight off. If any of y’all have good experience with a certain lever, preferably a very durable one I’d love to know about it.

Edit: I ended up going for a tusk shift lever, but any insight on levers is still welcome for future reference, if this tusk lever doesn’t work out.

Broken off slide on my hiking backpack

I’ve had an REI flash 55 backpack for a while now and absolutely love it but I broke off this sliding piece for the chest strap and can’t seem to get it back on no matter what I do. If you have any advice or tips on how I can get it back on/ how I could order the shoulder straps for this backpack that would be much appreciated.
