I have reccently started to watched Qaid e tanhai. It starts Savera Naddem, and Faysal Quraishi by Umera Ahmed. The story is about how couple is separated and due to Faysal Quraishi going abroad and how a wife back home has to go through many challenges in the absence of her husband. FQ does something abroad that will forever hinder the relationship of him and his wife, and you see how a husband wife can recconect. If you enjoyed Kafeel you will enjoy this drama.

It aired in 2010, so its a been a long time but the challenges presented are well written and could occur today. It is also only 20 episodes. episodes on YT.

My Eid days are usually spent in misery. My family doesn’t do much. We have family here but we hardly see them. Plus I live in the US in an area where are there are not a lot of Muslims. I go to Eid prayer but that’s about it. I use to have a group of friends that I use to hangout with but I have been cut off from them. So I just don’t typically associate any joy with Eid. Eid is a joyous occasion but for me it’s more depressing. I have to go out of my way to make it fun 🫠

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

For context I am a middle child I have one older brother one younger brother. We all do not have a great relationship don’t talk to each other.

Tonight I went to an event where people know of me and my family. And when I would talk to people or introduce myself I would always get associated with my siblings! I am more than just being “Johnnys brother” I kept getting asked where are they why don’t they come! So frustrating I came to the event to learn about my religion but I instead I got salt thrown at my wounds. I was very angry and frustrated. I road raged on the way back.

This also happened to me 2 months ago it was a high holiday and I attend mosque! And everyone kept asking me about my siblings! Nothing about me! Not everyone knows the relationship I have with my siblings but I have to put on a poker face and that situation and make up a fake answer

The drama everyone was hyping. And eventually went down hill like the titanic aired a ago today. Ayzea and Feroze misunderstaning, Ayzea siting in the police station in a dhulan and attempting to un alive her self was so cringe . I had high hopes for this drama. All 3 actors have fandom surrounding them yet this clown drama let their fandom down. I wish it could have been better. Cringe acting cringe storyline. Killed it for me.

Thoughts on this drama? Anyone else remember the downfall of this drama.

Does anyone have any updates on Pakistan Idol? I was really enjoying watch something other than Pakistani dramas lol. Last I heard there was some finical issues with the shows production? Will it ever come back? or we just waiting in limbo like Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo?
