i wanna lose weight fast
So i eat almost everyday chilicorncarne homemade of course no oils no butter. Ground beef less than 5% fat and then beans in tomato sauce. So full can of beans in tomato sauce and 250g of the meat. Total i think around 800 calories. Tell me why i should or should not eat like this teach me i am new. It really keeps me full i work eat nothing at work come home only eat this for the day and maybe 1-2 hard bread 40calories each. And this food really taste really good

Start time triggers me
So my golf mk7.5 1.0 tsi 2019 takes time to start but my brothers older car that sits outside starts faster than mine. If my car sits outside it even takes a milisecond longer. Also just changed to new battery and spark plugs. Is this normal what else would i need to change for it to start faster ?

Ok need some tips/help noise problem
So after driving for a bit when i arrive home to park my car if i turn my steering wheel all the way left or right and shift to R sometimes i hear a noise like a vrrrm mini shake from the front. What could it be i am gonna send it in from where i bought it what should i tell them to check. Otherwise i have no problem with the car driving or reversing no other noises except for what i mentioned.
