Is there any tips/tricks to those like me, that have carpal tunnel?
Sadly, I’ve been frustrated with myself, because I’m not able to color and complete a page within a day anymore. Used to be able to whip out multiple pages within 24 hours when I was younger, but now since I’ve developed this issue I experience pain/numbness even when I’m wearing my compression gloves. Desperate for any other suggestions or ideas, thanks! 🙏🏻

I still have another round of an 8.3oz miralax at 7am (TMI) and my hole is literally dying, like razors scraping across it.. is there any tips to make this somewhat more comfortable? Even though I do realize this process is uncomfortable as it gets.. Thanks!
