Questioning Deck Brackets

Hello fellow EDH player's,

I just play in some casual commanders games with my friends right now and I have slowly been upgrading 2 pre-cons. (Token Triumph (TT) ft. Emmara Soul of the Accord https://archidekt.com/decks/25434011/emmara_soul_of_the_accord_token_deck ) (Mardu Surge (MS) ft, Zurgo Stormrender https://archidekt.com/decks/25175552/mardu_surge_upgraded ) On Archidekt it says that the Emmara deck is Bracket 4 and the Zurgo Deck is Bracket 2 both I think feel about a Bracket 3 to me. Just wondering what others opinions are on it and what "upgrades" would need to be done to the Zurgo deck to make it Bracket 3?

Side note I have had the TT deck longer and have been putting cards into it for longer. Also the MS deck was for me to play around the Mobilize mechanic but really seems I need to be leaning into Aristocrat play style more

First Ever Sealed Draft Lot

I played in my first sealed draft event. I'm not new to MTG but haven't really done to many events at LGS's like this.

This is my Draft lot that I got for the event and was just wondering what you would have gotten from this lot of cards. I ended up going with a Red,Black Goblin deck for the even and going 0-1-2. Looking at this cards lot now I should have defiantly gone with a Blue, White Recuit/ Card draw Deck, Which I did roughly see in the cards at the event but didn't really put my full mind to it.

Wanting to learn Xayah

I'm a Jhin main and I have been wanting to transfer over to an ADC that can not just bend over and die when you get jumped on so I'm looking to pick up Xayah. My main question are how aware do I need to be of my feathers? Also any builds or rune nuance would be appreciated.

Upgrading Champ Pool

I really enjoy playing Jhin Adc but I have been feeling that he's just not getting the job done when I'm first picking him or when I get put with an engage support. The engage support is probably just a skill issue on my part but is there 2 other ADC's that I can add to my champ pool that is a better first/blind pick and one ADC that works better with Engage supports
