So are the movies just not in modern times anymore 😂
In D1, there was a limo, people had phones and laptops, video calls existed, they had the news on TV, etc. That stuff was in D2 and 3, too. But then in the new trilogy, it lowkey feels like other than having, like, electric lamps, this story all took place in the past. Not that big a deal, but just kinda weird lol
