Well it took me all evening to figure out what the smell was in the bedroom in this homewood suites. Finally figured it out. Some “chap” urinated in the bedroom ac at some point. The ac was off in that room when i came in and i’ve been in the living room part this evening.
Too late for me to move tonight so ac stays off but very unfortunate. I messaged them on the app but i’m sure the chatbot doesn’t have a response for that.
So i have hashi but have recently started having gastric slowing, which means my stomach is slower to process and empty. I take my levo in the middle of the night but i think my stomach isn’t completely empty. If anyone has gastric slowing, what do you eat that seems to process a little faster? I think my levo isn’t getting a full chance to process now and i want to eat something for dinner (blood sugar required) but it would be nice to have it out of the way for levo at 2 am.
Why does it say in the Costco app that deliveries will be handled in a climate controlled method but food is carried in shopper’s trunks? Nothing is done to keep cold food cold.
Should they be doing something different?

I’m in a less than 6 month old hilton in north florida. I haven’t travelled much this year but hilton beds used to be great. These are rock hard and uncomfortable. Is that the same for all hilton’s now? They are in mattress covers so i can’t tell the brand. I’m here multiple days and my back is killing me and sleeping poorly.
Do well maintained whole house generators (like a generac) add to the value of your house when selling? Natural gas hookup in central texas.
I’ve been on my hypothyroidism and hashimotos jouney for a little while. I think it would really help people for the doctor to split them apart when talking to patients, such as “you have 2 diseases going on. You have hypothyroidism which we can treat with levothyroxin. You also have an autoimmune disease Hashimotos. The way to help this is with lifestyle changes and possibly specific supplements (if you test low.) the levothyroxin will not heal your hashimotos, and it’s complex to address but many things can be tried to get some improvement in quality of life.”
Seems like it causes confusion to talk about them together. Low thyroid is pretty easy to treat but the hashi road was really exhausting and complex to get better. Also my endo started me on levo but didnt do anything about the hashi. I had to find a different doctor to help me.
Anyway, i wish they could explain it as two diff things. 😊
Is anyone with hashi on very low dose of glp1 meds? If so, how is it going? Has it thrown you any complications?
I have always had great experiences with my amazon deliveries and i try to do the delivery reviews every delivery. Do they help the drivers in any way? I hope so.
