Petite woman - worklife

Hi everyone, im new here. I want to know the opinion of especially petite womans that look younger than their age, on how you are treated at work. Are you taken in serious?

Because to me often (even tough my all woman team is quite nice) they often point out that in front of men (that work in other positons but we have meetings with them) im looking less profesional, cause quote : - you are cute. You have curls, you are small, petite, fine. So you come out too sweet and in need of protection - not strong.

Ok. 1.what if I am like that, what is it wrong with it? Is me. I am and look like that. But my work is very profesional.

  1. I am a woman. It came to me as im "too girly" - and "girls are not profesional".

I have to say, I never let a man talk down on me as I am very vocal if something like that happens. I also am acting as profesional as I know. I only get applauds for my job. And no man have pointed that out to me that "im to sweet"

Some other petite womans out here that have similar experiences and can advice me?

I have to mention im 30 years old.

Thanks in advance

Birth in Germany: Positive Experiences

I need some positive stories about birth in Germany. My friends have only scared me with bad stories about their or their friends' births here, and I feel so anxious now. We plan to have a child here soon, and I'm already anxious about the subject. I really thought German hospitals, nurses, and doctors were very good here, but the stories I heard scared me.

I would like to read some positive experiences or opinions on this subject from women who have given birth here 🥲

Thank you so much, I appreciate it a lot.

HELP Hairstyle Bride

Firstly disclamer : picture 2 and 3 are modified with Ai so I can see how this hairstyle looks on me.

So , Ive been growing my hair long for the wedding and I feel sad to put it in a bun. I find looks cute too but maybe only for church. (Wedding church+ party after) - my wish was to have it open, like in pic 1.

My mom completly dissagreas and wants me to have it in a bun at the church. That "is too simple, u wear similar daily open with curls". But I think i like the "relaxed" hair look with the amaizing fancy dress and setting (like in pic 1) .

Will I regret not having a bun at the church?

Or also looks good to have it open at church?

Other idea will be to have bun at church and later to make it open but that gives me some anxiety of "what if it dosnt look so good open cause of the bu twists? My hair is slightly curly so tends to copy patterns of how it sits.

I know for sure I will regret to have my long hair in a bun all day cause , why did I grow it for? Plus I love my hair , why not to show it open....

Dear Maltese group, what do you do to keep your sweetheart healthy? Any tips? Or for those of you with cutie pies that are already over 8-9 years old and are quite healthy, what did you find worked well for your Maltese?

Maybe we can gather some tips for everyone here ❤️

My baby is 2 years old, her name is Momo, and she is quite energetic. She eats her food if it's good food, and sometimes has belly issues (once every 3 weeks).

I had a lovely Poodle as a kid; he lived till 14. He played till 12, very energetic and healthy until his last 2 years. My mom gave him everything to eat (now I know it's not good; back then I was a kid). She also fed him some vitamins. Therefore, I started looking into vitamins for dogs, but I'm unsure if they are needed or if it's better to feed foods that contain good nutrients.
