I’m debating between an R2 and a model Y. I’m looking into a premium model for the R2, and trying to budget but the payment calculator isn’t ready for that trim. Any guesses on lease/finance payments for the premium trim? I’m not the best at math 😭

I am single and 38, living in Los Angeles. I make about 109k a year. I’m currently playing off 32k in cc debt (dumb I know). I have been putting money in my 4001k since I started working out of college but only recently (last 4 years) I’ve finally made more than 50k a year. So my 401k sits at 130k. I am contributing 6% right now which is all I can afford with other bills and rent. My company matches at 6%.
As soon as my cc debt is paid off I plan on increasing my contribution. Am I on the right path? I feel super stressed about it.
Any advice would be welcome.

I’m renting in Los Angeles and I pay $2,900 for a one bedroom including parking and all utilities. I want to move into another one bedroom around $2,350 for everything. My apartment is always under new ownership and I want to start saving money.
Is it wise to pay the $4,000 early lease fee or wait until my lease is done in mid December. I’m itching to move and honestly am torn.

My lease on my Hyundai ends in February of 2027 and I’m eying a Tesla for my next vehicle. Since I have to order it, how soon would you suggest doing that so the timing lines up?
