When I play from a remote there is a big delay i press the key i wait like 2 seconds so it do on the pc is there is anyway to improve this?

I'm outside home for about a week and many things that on my pc already set up and I dont wanna do everything again on my macbook so I tried to connect remotly use it from my mac The only way I found is using windows app on mac but the problem is it need to activate remote access on my windows and inorder to do that I need to subscribe in the edition wich cost about 100$
I also tried chromeremote desktop but on my windows I couldnt do the downloading to get the code

like if I got band apealed they accepted my appeal but they didnt reactivated my account I sent thousthands of time same ai reply so I wanna creaate new account and start playing but the problem after few months they ban my account the longest time I stayed without getting band again is about 8 month so what shall I do to avoid getting band in my new account?
is it the wifi or is it IP ban or what is it?
