How 2 paying customers changed the way i thought about my App.

I created Templatify to manage my own promotion emails that i send to my customers from other apps and i published it just for fun to the CWS.

  • I wasn't hoping much from it but when i got my first yearly subscription it made me realise that there was potential and if a User is willing to pay $19 every year that means it does give them some value.
  • Two months from then I have massively invested in new features and making the User experience better.
  • To Anyone who thinks that their app is not gonna make it out there. Just make sure improving is the only thing that can help you grow.
  • Also, i cannot emphasise enough how Tally forms and gathering customer feedback has helped my app improve and get stable.

From then I have received two more subscriptions and a lot more positive feedback. Cheers to those two Users to showing me the true potential. :)

Has anyone been using any tool to manage their emails?

I have a bunch of HTMl emails that i need to send to bunch of users every now and then, managing them in a text file is a mess. Do you guys use any tool to do that? Also pasting the HTML preview is also a total pain. How do you guys manage that?

Are you a small business owner sending HTML emails to your users? You life is now easier

Last year we launched Templatify, which lets you manage your HTML email templates, inject them into emails and send to your real customers. It can be a total pain to copy paste HTML templates into emails and manage and keep versions, don't worry we do it for you.

And we support variables so that you can re-use same templates for multiple different use-cases

Just today!! we expanded our integration from GMail to Yahoo! and Outlook as well. Check us out https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/templatify-inject-html-em/aeaapcbilfddlkeeggbkkjmbchfaemkg

I nominated my Extension for a Feature badge but its been 10 days and no response

On Jun 16th, i nominated my Extension Better JWT Decoder to get featured in the Web store. I havent received any update from them and also the page views are very very low, like 1-2 daily. I am pretty confident about the UX of this App and feel like they should feature it. Or if you guys could suggest things to improve on here, happy to work on them. :)
