Absurde "PsyOps"

Also es geht jetzt nicht darum festzulegen wer was macht.

Sharing my oil mouth swish recipe + looking for people to try it (with/without CBD)

[dont judge me for ai use its hard to write it correctly when english is not your main language and also i used Lumo not one of the big bad ones]

Recipe:

  • 250 ml cold-pressed sunflower oil
  • 5 drops Japanese mint oil (Mentha arvensis)
  • ~5 g sunflower lecithin
  • ~9.5 g CBD isolate (lab-certified THC-free)

Result: This makes 250 ml total. Concentration is approximately 190 mg CBD per teaspoon (5 ml), or ~570 mg CBD per tablespoon (15 ml).

How I use it: One teaspoon in my mouth, moved gently through teeth/gums for about 1 minute, then swallowed.

Why I made this:

I have autism and ADHD (plus the usual associated challenges like anxiety, sensory issues, etc.). I had a long-term cannabis smoking habit that I was trying to manage. After switching to sublingual CBD isolate powder, I was able to stop cannabis use completely. Later I created this oil mixture.

The key difference I notice: With the oil mixture, I feel the effects faster than with pure CBD powder alone. The onset is quicker and it feels smoother — especially during that initial phase and when I swallow.

I also noticed it helped with anxiety and tension headaches, which wasn't my original goal.

The science gap I'm curious about:

Mint oil is well studied for:

  • Topical use (on skin/head) — proven for tension headaches (University of Kiel studies)
  • Gastric use (swallowing) — documented for digestive issues

But there's no research on mint oil held in the mouth briefly before swallowing. The mouth lining is thin, highly vascularized, and absorbs differently than skin or stomach. My observation is that the 1 minute of mucosal contact combined with mint + lecithin might accelerate onset compared to powder alone.

Japanese mint oil isn't just menthol — it also contains menthone, 1,8-cineole, menthyl acetate, isomenthone, and limonene. Menthol is known to act as a positive allosteric modulator of GABAA receptors (PMC2560999, PMC4243856), contributing to calming/analgesic effects.

Lecithin helps micelle-form CBD and may also serve as a penetration enhancer for transmucosal absorption.

Who I'm looking for:

Group 1 — Without CBD:

Just the mint oil + lecithin + sunflower oil. Does this change the experience compared to plain oil?

Group 2 — With CBD experience:

Full recipe including CBD isolate. If you've used CBD powder before, compare the speed of onset — does this hit faster? How does it feel different?

Share your experience regardless of whether it worked well, poorly, or not at all — honest feedback from both groups is what I'm looking for.

Safety:

⚠️ CBD dosage warning: This recipe contains approximately 190 mg CBD per teaspoon, which is significantly higher than typical starter doses (often 10–50 mg). Definitely too much for beginners. If you're new to CBD, start with a smaller amount or dilute the mixture further.

⚠️ SSRI/medication interaction: If you take SSRIs or psychiatric medications, consult your doctor first. CBD affects CYP450 enzymes.

⚠️ Not medical advice: Personal experimentation only.

Personal experience documentation, no medical claims.
