The 2 girls didn’t have as much good control with their powers and they started off having small manipulation with them . Rikki powers even tho their so powerful is so much slower than Emma’s , and Cleo could only manipulate a small amount of water . Emma can legit freeze anything around her in a speed faster than light , she froze almost the entire continent in a second that’s probably element level , and she can create weoponry (icicles) out of it and can manipulate snow . She has so much versatility in that on power . She’s also the fastest swimmer of the trios .
