At what point does top tier get fun? The internal CAS plague

Genuine question: who actually enjoys the gameplay?

Beyond the arseholes in the air.

Those actually wanting to play tanks, who enjoys it?

You spawn, you die 5-10 seconds from CAS spam.

There is no immediate counter so early into the match, even then you are reliant on 1) a good SPAA player 2) a good pilot running counter CAS. With smaller team sizes having this is… not reliable.

I’m starting to solo use the 2S6 at the start of the lower top sim bracket and I’m getting okay, but it’s a shit AA for multiple targets and you very quickly and easily get overwhelmed by barrages of AGMs

Top tier is just… unbearable

I really hope gaijin changes this. It’s a plague on the gameplay.

Planes should act like they do in RB so you have to EARN them.

UK Mini - poor WiFi signal indoors. Temp 2 months 100mb package. Best solution?

Got starlink to bridge to gap for 2 months while FTTP gets installed. Mini is installed on the roof.

WiFi signal indoors downstairs is… non-existent upstairs drops off quick. Bit annoyed, cause dropped £185 on the mini and then £40 to get service. Only for the WiFi to be less than remotely desirable.

What’s the best, cheapest, solution?

Would a simple WiFi extender, such as TP-Link TL-WA850RE 300Mbps, work?

I do have a spare router, and some long Cat 6 cable that I could attack to the Mini dish but it’s not outdoor rated. To run bypass Is that risky for 2 months? (Most bothersome job, as I’ll have to take the mini down and then put it back up - lazy I know but if you saw the Jerry-rig you’d understand my reluctance to do this)

Ideally don’t want to buy the Starlink Router/Mesh Node because that’s the most expensive option.

Best temporary internet? Budget friendly dongle?

Moving house, FTTP won’t be installed until August.

What’s the best option for me?

O2 has best network coverage apparently, so thinking GiffGaff unlimited SIM + a 4/5G dongle.

What’s the best budget friendly dongle that will give me decent enough speeds?

“Temporary/hire internet” is insanely expensive, so won’t be doing that

Best temporary setups for moving house? Best mobile dongle?

Moving house, FTTP won’t installed until August (booo)

What’s the best option to get temp set ups?

Area coverage says O2 has the best signal, so I’m thinking GiffGaff unlimited + a 5G sim dongle.

What’s the best dongle out there that isn’t a few hundred quid?

Would be nice to be able to filter mission by tank!

I don’t get a lot of time to play, so I don’t have time to sink hours into learning the harder tanks to play.

I just wanna LRF some tanks and blow them up!
