My 9 month old baby doesn’t want solids…. What to do?

So since my 9 month old has been growing his top 4 teeth, he’s been super uninterested in solids for about 3 weeks now. He’s luckily still taking milk and formula, and he has enough diapers, but will reject and turn his face with solids. I’ve tried purées, cold soft foods like yogurt or fruit puree…. I’m worried he’s going to get off the pattern of consuming solids, and it doesn’t help seeing influencer moms feeding their 9 month old baby full course meals.

What do I do?

Edit: I’ve also tried giving him a teething toy before meals. I’ve also tried waiting over an hour since last feeding to try solids. He used to like solids when we started at the 6 month mark

STAR method

Any tips on how to naturally use the STAR method answering behavioral questions ? Or do recruiters not care about how structured it sounds cus it’s all part of interviewing ?

Contract role

I just started a two month contract role, and it’s my first time in this role and my targeted next role. Can I still place it on my resume as I currently job search even tho I just started the contract ? I want to plan ahead for when contract ends or get a salaried position leveraging stuff I already learned. Thanks!

Company A decision got pushed back but Company B starts soon

Company A (my top choice) won’t let me know if I have an offer yet until Monday afternoon , but for company B I had already accepted the offer and the start date is on Tuesday. What should I do?

I did accept company B‘s offer on advice on everyone saying that a offer is better than a final round interview, and I had mentioned to Company A that I have a offer on the table already and that Friday was my deadline, but the interview for the other candidate got pushed back.

In theory, if I find out Monday, I get the job for company A I would not be showing up for the first day for company B despite finishing all the onboarding…..is that messed up?

(Edit: for Company A, I am one of two final candidates for the role, so I’m thinking 5050)
