Since Mamdani came to power the inbound migration from Ohio has accelerated

NYC housing supply is collapsing.

Manhattan sale inventory just plunged 14% YoY, hitting its lowest level since 2017.

The rental market is tightening too, with apartment vacancies falling to only 1.49%.

This double-barreled supply contraction means fewer homes are available, likely pushing housing costs higher through 2026 and 2027.

Many thought Mamdani would trigger a mass exodus and flood NYC with housing.

Instead, the city’s housing supply is disappearing.

Adding 3T batteries.

Looks like this is a pretty simple task to go from one 10T to two or 10T plus 1-3 3Y.

Electrical Permit.

Splice the 3Ts onto the 10t circuit and 40A breaker etc. one 10 g orange cable and an appropriately sized splice box

Add to the project. Zigbee comms. No additional wires.

I could mount the 3Ts myself and run the cable and the electrician comes and wires then configure when the sparkie is done.

Or am I missing something?

Enphase Care

$500 a year for my system in my inbox today.

What's people's thoughts on this and is there a reason it's suddenly being offered? Did my system just hit its 5th birthday or something.

I have a 10T battery 22 panels on the roof micro inversus and the usual gateway and other hardware.

I keep reading the gateways give out because the memory card or memory storage fails so that would be the thing that might drive me to purchase this.

Reserve Companion Certificate

Why wouldn't Delta make this thing network wide.

The UK carriers - Virgin their partner - do this with their companion certs. Seems that there are already some crazy expensive longish haul flights in the program, the Delta Ones across the continent. HI etc.

We already pay all the taxes and fees. So why enable a companion on a $700 coach round trip to Dallas but not on a $700 coach round trip to Amsterdam. Why allow it on a $4000 D1 to LAX but not one to Paris.
