The fact you still can't get XP for reviving/healing other raiders is a missed trick from Embark IMO
Seems like a big miss to not reward raiders for working together, but reward them for knocking each other out? There should be more reward for reviving downed players, especially as a solo player. I just extracted from a match where I revived 3 downed players and got nothing for it? I generally PvE but will fight when necessary, so this isn't saying PvP XP should be removed, just that more incentive for possible friendly interaction is a good thing. Perhaps if Embark made it so you don't receive XP for reviving players in your party (Duo/Squads), or players you've just downed so the mechanic won't be abused.
