I kept thinking the answer was to get my life together.

Better routines, more discipline, more consistency.
But the more I tried, the more overwhelmed I felt.

At some point I just stopped trying to fix everything at once.

I started doing less, slowing things down, writing things out when my head felt full.
Nothing big, but it actually helped more than anything else I tried.

I’ve been putting a few simple things like that into a small free space, just in case it helps someone else too.

If you want it, I can send it 🤍

I used to think I was just lazy or not disciplined enough.

Tried fixing it with routines, being more productive, doing more… but it only made me feel worse.

Still tired all the time, still overwhelmed.

What helped a bit was actually doing less. Slowing down, writing things out, not trying to fix everything at once.

I’ve been putting a few simple guides into a small free space online. Nothing fancy, just something calm that might help.

If anyone wants it, I can send it.
What helped you get out of that feeling?

For a while I thought I just needed more discipline.

Better routines, more structure, doing more every day.

But it only made me feel more exhausted.

What actually helped a bit was doing less. Slowing things down, getting things out of my head, not trying to fix everything at once.

Nothing crazy, just small things that made everything feel a bit lighter.

I’m still figuring it out though.

How do you deal with feeling constantly overwhelmed without just trying to “do more”?

I used to feel constantly tired and overwhelmed and nothing really helped. Trying to be more productive just made it worse.

What actually helped a bit was slowing down and having small, simple things to come back to when everything felt too much.

I put a few of those into a small free space with simple guides and things like that.

If anyone wants it, I can send you the link 🤍
And it’s completely free 🫶
