I know these awards can be stupid sometimes and it doesn’t really matter but Greig Fraser really was robbed of another Oscar win for this film. I hope Erik Messerschmidt gets nominated and hopefully win his second Oscar for Part II. The Academy should treat Part II more seriously after the pushback they got and how all the cast and crews’ stock went up since too. I think The Penguin’s awards run may help it too. I’m sure if their schedules align Greig would come back for Part III and get awards recognition like usual for him. Erik could come back but Greig is Matt’s go to if their schedules align as Matt has said before, but it’s just been only two times it happened with Let Me In and The Batman.

Some people won’t like this but I feel Michael Giacchino and Travis Scott would cook up something good.

Colin Farrell doesn’t need to shave his hair for The Penguin’s prosthetics and hair so why would Mike Marino need Seb to be basically completely bald while filming?? He did say he was going over things with the makeup team and Zsasz will probably need prosthetics too.

He did say that he learned how to ride motorcycles for the first film and there is a commercial that he filmed a couple of years ago where he was riding and not a stunt double. I don’t want to fully say it’s him because why would he be doing this if we don’t need to see his face in the camera but it really looks like him.

This is my 3rd time seeing a film in that format and it’s incredible and I can’t wait to see Dune Part Three in that format. I feel like Matt Reeves should be the next director to do this because of his visuals. Matt Reeves loves and uses anamorphic lenses to shoot, and in an interview from 2024 he did say he would be open to change some visual style from film to film as he is already doing with some slight differences with Part II. If Greig Fraser comes back for Part III they could still shoot how anamorphic how Matt wants but shoot vertical anamorphic to get that format which is how Greig shot Project Hail Mary. Even without Greig he can do it with someone like Erik Messerschmidt. Doing this for the trilogy finale would be epic af.

Roman was on the June 29th show and the June 1st show and the numbers were down. That June 1st show was overseas and aired earlier in the US but overseas RAW shows on Netflix didn’t produce that low of a number last year. Also the two blurred screenshots show that since the night after Mania which was the last show Punk was on, the ratings tanked. I also see the excuse of sporting events happening when the World Cup didn’t impact some of the shows like the June 1st show and these other same events like the NBA and NHL playoffs happen every year and it didn’t fall this low last year. Even when they were going up against Monday Night Football they didn’t tank. Punk even outdrew two Final Boss Rock and Cody segments on a show in 2024.
