Display issues

Hi all,

Haven't played my Switch 2 in a few days. Booted it up just now and I'm getting this visual glitch. I have never had this happen to me before. Is there any fix to this?

Thank you in advance!

SOS

Hey everyone,

Made it to Creepy Castle and I've been stuck here for a few days now. The entrance I came through is locked and I can't leave.

First time playthough and going in blind and could need some help to get out of here.

Any assistance is appreciated, thank you in advance!

Pro Controller

Finally got a 2 pro controller for $60, feels super slick and I like the headphone jack.

Going to retire my pro 1 controllers now 😢

Certified Expert

How does one become certified?

I was told 100%+ attainment and 650+ signal points when I first got hired.

I checked certification status a week ago and I was certified, checked today and I am not.

I also just redeemed my certified windbreaker jacket.

My store does not currently have management at this time, and anyone I ask doesn't know.

Thank you all in advance!

Question (RSC)

Hi all, just wanted to know what's the best way to sell/pitch DTV. I sold only one so far and that was a while ago. Wanted to get better or rather more comfortable with selling it, thanks.

Smoreos

They were pulled off shelves last week. Was making my Target run today and ran across this. Ended up grabbing 6.

Question

Hi all,

I transacted a client over the weekend for a new line (port in and new device 17 pro) and they said they weren't sure about keeping the phone after we went through all disclosures (restocking fee, ect). They came back today asking to exchange for a 17 regular.

I told the client multiple times before I sold them the phone and bro is giving me a headache. We didn't have the phone so I told them to come back and I'll contact them when we do.

What is the process to get them the phone they actually want? How do I go about processing the exchange?

Thank you in advance.
