Certified Expert

How does one become certified?

I was told 100%+ attainment and 650+ signal points when I first got hired.

I checked certification status a week ago and I was certified, checked today and I am not.

I also just redeemed my certified windbreaker jacket.

My store does not currently have management at this time, and anyone I ask doesn't know.

Question

Hi all,

I transacted a client over the weekend for a new line (port in and new device 17 pro) and they said they weren't sure about keeping the phone after we went through all disclosures (restocking fee, ect). They came back today asking to exchange for a 17 regular.

I told the client multiple times before I sold them the phone and bro is giving me a headache. We didn't have the phone so I told them to come back and I'll contact them when we do.

What is the process to get them the phone they actually want? How do I go about processing the exchange?
