1K subscribers but most videos get only 40–60 views. What am I missing?

Hi everyone,

I started my crochet YouTube channel and recently reached around 1.1K subscribers. I’m happy that subscribers are growing, but my views are not following the same pattern.

Most of my new videos are getting around 40–60 views, even though I feel my thumbnails, titles, and content have improved over time.

I mainly make crochet tutorials (beginner-friendly hats, headbands, accessories, etc.). I’m sharing a screenshot of my channel homepage for feedback.

I would really appreciate advice from other creators:

  • Does my channel homepage look clear about my niche?
  • Is my content direction too broad?
  • What would you improve to help videos get more impressions and views?
  • Any advice on thumbnails, titles, or video strategy?

Help needed for doing Live Faceless tutorial

I need to gain more watch hours. I was watching several youtube advisors preaching to go live. My videos are Faceless crochet tutorials. I tried to go live. The first one got 200 views. I know, that is not much. How you gain more viewers if you are a very small channel with less than 1K subscribers?
