PolyUrea/PolyAspartic vs Hyperbond Epoxy/PolyAspartic garage floor coating

Which option is better? Garage floor is 20 years old, has a couple cracks which both companies say they will repair. Garage floor does sweat when it's humid out. Epoxy company is more expensive and takes several days vs. the cheaper PolyUrea option which is 1+ days. This is apples to oranges for me and I'm not sure what to choose.

Garage Floor Coating Companies

Anyone have experience with local companies that do coatings on garage floors? TSR or Lifetime Coatings LLC? Any others? How was your experience? Good, bad, ugly.

Daughter applied and was accepted to a CMHC Master's program. She took out undergrad loans ($28,000) which she plans to defer. She filled out the FAFSA for her Master's program and received an email basically stating that she's very close to the loan cap and may not get approved for enough to cover her tuition. She got a scholarship to cover half of her tuition and an assistantship that will pay for her living expenses. Her program is very reasonable so she doesn't need to borrow much, but also doesn't have that in cash to just pay her tuition outright since she will be moving and renting an apartment, etc. Really irritating that the dependent undergrad cap is affecting her borrowing ability as a non-dependent grad student that is supposed to have a larger cap allowed.
