I know SOME of the 2019 MDX were included in the connection rod recall. Mine shows 'no un-repaired recalls. Does that mean the recall issue was repaired? Does it mean that it wasn't included in the recall? Was it just SOME of the 2019s? And what determines which ones? Where they were manufactured? Just certain ones?

2010 Lexis RX 350, top of the line, 279,000 miles, still runs like a dream. I love this car.

2 weeks ago, leaving church, I barely tapped a pole that I was parked by. I had barely turned the steering wheel, barely gave it any gas, and I touched the pole. It damaged the bumper cover and chipped some paint on the driver side front panel. Did not do anything to the headlight. I'm telling you, it was all cosmetic damage. A very light touch to the pole.

What do I do if State Farm wants to total it. The body shop says, after INITIAL inspection, $2800. That was mostly replacing the body parts. I think the body shop guy said in Tennessee, damage can't be more than 70% of car's value.

I REALLY want to keep this car. My husband and I are both on Social Security. I can't afford to replace this car. I have driven it for 10 years with no problems. I take good care of it.

I know you don't know exactly, but how much do you think they will value my car for. I have a $500 deductible.

What if I just drop the claim? Will it still get a salvage title? I heard somewhere that cars, older than 10 years, don't have to be inspected, after getting a salvage title. Is this true? As old as it is, I don't care if it has a salvage title. As long as can still get liability insurance.

My daughter was diagnosed with micro hematuria when she was 5. I continued taking her, regularly, to Vanderbilt yearly. It never went away. When she left home and got married, I had no control. I talked to her, of course. I begged her, actually. She rarely goes to the doctor. She had a bad tooth a few months ago and NEVER went to dentist. She is not in a good situation. She will not listen to me. Okay, I'll just say it... she has been in an unhealthy marriage for 16 years. She has been taken away from family and friends. I never see her, except to drop grands off or pick them up. She is not allowed to have a friend. She is not allowed to go to doctor. He goes over any little thing. But anyway, what can I tell her to convince her that she HAS to go to a nephrologist? She is 41 now. And I'm worried to death.

Sorry about all the back story. I'm just trying to show how hard it will be to get her to take care of herself.
