Zhatan decided to help me out with my early game conquest and I said, yeah sure buddy, let's do this by working together.
Also, when I declared war on these Khazag fellas, I asked the Celestial Wardens for a donation. They agreed to give me money, a trade deal, and became my vassals. I now own the Great Bastion. I'm on turn eight.
