Do you know some YouTube channels, Instagram, vlogs etc. with workouts for trans masc people?

So recently I played a game called *Promise Mascot Agency* and now on Netflix I came upon a funny show called *Gokusen*. Both of these have a depiction of the yakuza as funny and quirky. I thought the yakuza was basically organized crime, like the mafia.

In European and US games and movies mafia / gangsters are always depicted as grim and extremely violent. Either you have poor kids in the banlieus / hood who shoot each other over nothing or you have the dangerous, extremely wealthy and powerful gangsters like in The Godfather and Scarface.

I have never come across any kind of media here that depicts organized crime as quirky and funny. Always as dangerous, nihilistic, and extremely violent. The closest I can think of are comedy tv-shows of lower class/white trash people with some dumb characters who sometimes try to steal something (and fail in a funny way). Like the Dutch tv-show Flodder.

Is the "quirky yakuza" a common genre in Japan? And were do you think it comes from? How are the Yakuza perceived by the Japanese public?

I just adopted a 6 year old black Persian cat from one of our local shelters. Her coat has been neglected since they didn't brush her belly, tail, mane, and hind legs. 😬 We cut out the worst felted knots, and every day we make good progress to get her used to and enjoy brushing/combing sessions, while also giving her time and space to get used to her new life.

But my question is: what are your best coat maintenance tips? I now use a brush and switch to broad and then finer combs, but should I use a special comb or brush? I've read somewhere they need to be washed every month (as in: under the shower with shampoo) is this true? Or is it only done for show cats? And if so: what shampoo do you use? We don't want to participate in shows, we just want to bring out her natural gorgeousness.

So I am on several waiting lists to transition and I have a few questions about hrt:

* I have struggled with severe depression almost all my life -well starting when puberty hit, I think you can guess why. How does hrt influence feelings of depression? How does it influence mood in general?

* I always really couldn't stand having a period so as soon as I knew how I supressed them by taking oral anticonception and never skipping a week. So I haven't had a period in *years*, which is great also because periods made my depression really severe and triggered migraine attacks. Now I heard somewhere when you're on hrt you will have periods again. Is this true? And if so, how do I get rid of them? A hysterectomy? Wait until menopause??

So my wife has come out of a long dark period of deep depression and burnout and she started to workout more (daily exercise at the rowing machine we have at our home) and take walks every day.

But whenever she comes home from a walk she is *really* tired. Her vitamin levels and blood sugar are good according to her GP. After how many weeks does this improve? And what can she do to combat the fatigue? She is getting really fed up with it.
