I uploaded all my real personal info and payoneer kept requesting for verification. I’m so done with payoneer now and I want to delete my account but there is no option to do so! Tried contacting them but got a silly AI generated response that doesn’t even answer my question. Calling is not an option since I’m not in USA and I don’t want to incur exorbitant charges. So how do I delete all my personal info on payoneer then?

Then I can whack AOS for all ASEAN games and Huat for all the opening matches!!

I recently had about 2 months of break before starting a new job and wanted to take some time to contribute to the community. It has been more than a month and I couldn’t find a suitable volunteer opportunity.

1. Ghosted most of the time despite registering my info on either giving.sg or their websites

2. Some asked for detailed resumes and references. I’m only volunteering, not applying for a job with them! Why do I need to provide a reference to be an event helper?

3. Some asked for long term commitment. While I was willing to fork out my weekends, I did inform that I may be away on holiday for a few weeks and I was met with rejection. Am I supposed to commit to 6-12 months of volunteer work weekly without the ability to go on a holiday? Is such level of commitment really necessary?

4. Some descriptions are misleading (imo). I’m not interested in soliciting monetary donations, only physical labour. One of the organisations put their description as encouraging the lower income families to develop savings habit. It turns out to be going door to door to solicit donations. Nothing to do with educating the youngsters on savings.

So in essence, my heart is willing but all these hurdles only makes me reluctant to volunteer going forward. Is it just me or that is how charity organisations operate?

I was watching some Chinese variety shows on TikTok and kept hearing they call each other teacher, usually the host and the popular artiste. Like Zhang lao shi etc. Is that like a form of salutation?
