Safe Harbor or not?

Safe Harbor HITECH question:

I have a host with a RAID.

  1. The RAID controller and the disk drives establish a handshake and encryption seed using separate keys.
  2. Encryption uses a 256-bit key.
  3. If the drives are separated from the controller, they cannot be decrypted without guessing the other key.
  4. If the controller fails, it can be replaced and a copy of its key can be restored from software. That copy is kept off-site in another secure location.

This feels less complete than NBDE, but strictly speeking the key is not kept with the data.

Do you feel this meets a safe harbor definition for data loss? Is there some precedence to refer to?

After 11 years of looking after a pool, and at least 8 years of doing it well...

I love getting into a swimming pool that someone else has taken care of nicely.

Someone recently asked Dads how they have time to code....

Simple enough.

How do you do it?

Is there a way to make this happen less often or not at all?

iSkim gets stuck at the beach entry every few hours.

All four legs are down.

Went to the Monet exhibit in San Francisco.

I patiently explained to my wife and son that, if you want to understand what happened here, you have to follow the Monet.

Two Eufy NVR devices in the USA, both in different locations. Both are accessible via mobile app. Neither is accessible via web.

No response yet from Eufy support. Anyone else struggling with this?

Looking for something of minimal thickness and maximum yield. Lots of good pictures. Something that maybe touches on most of the common modalities. I'm not looking for an all inclusive encyclopedia here, just a thin exciting book to foster interest.

It might be nice if some examples of common pathologies were presented. Maybe something that is suitable for someone just picking up the basics of Physiology , pathology, and anatomy?

What comes to mind?
