I have stayed in Tbilisi for a little over 10 days and it has to be one of the most underwhelming countries I ever visited.

Hospitality and service is non existent. You walk into a store and say hello in your language and get 0 reaction. I also tried in English and again no reaction so I got fed up and stopped saying anything. I get rung up at the register and they just look at me and expect me to understand their language, making faces like I’m forcing them to work and live in general. I also observed interactions at stores between Georgians and it’s more or less the same.

The food is good sure, but honestly it’s not astronomically better than they make it in Yerevan. Slightly if even that. I did meet some good people but it was an exception, not the rule.

The city is beautiful I will give it that but I wouldn’t spend a dollar going there again. Good riddance comments are expected but it is what it is, however this is my experience.

Anyway my mother in law had a strange experience. She ordered a piece of cake which was 900 dram on the menu, she wanted to take it to go and they told her if you take it out it will be 1800.

I just got an email from Fidelity that my position have been sold but I never put an order to sell anything. Thankfully it was a small amount but I don’t understand why that happened as I never put an order, I did however move most of my holdings to Robinhood for the bonus?

I’m planning to buy something for $2000.

At the moment $1 equals 367.5, while the contract is in 369 as this was the rate a few days ago.

I’m assuming the 367.5 rate works out in my favor?

Does anyone know a person or company that is reliable and affordable to construct the inside of an apartment? Any help would be appreciated.

I’m thinking of moving for the 1% bonus they offer plus if you’re a gold member which is $50 if you pay for the whole year, they offer 3% for new contributions.

I was wondering if anyone has done something similar and I made contributions for 2026 but I’m not sure about the amount. I plan to max it out, but I don’t want to go over the limit. I know this can be checked in Fidelity but when and if I move to Robinhood, is it possible to enter whatever the amount I contributed for 2026 so I don’t get confused and go over?

Hello all, I sold part of a vacuum to a buyer that made the account the same day of the purchase. I contacted to make sure they understand that it’s just the head and nozzle just in case and not the actual vacuum since. No mention or pictures of actual vacuum in pictures.

Do you think it’s a good idea sending them a text asking if they are aware it’s just the nozzle/hose or should I just ship it? I messaged the buyer and he still didn’t respond, also it’s going to a PO Box.
