Can anybody tell me roughly how much this is gonna cost to fix? Florida

Family member did this and is freaking out about probably having to pay tens of thousands to fix it. Is anyone here knowledgeable about door fixes? The tracks look okay but the roller things that go in it at the bottom broke off and the obvious bent panels

How would I go about factory resetting this company laptop?

My mom gave me her old company laptop to try and do something with it but I can’t actually log into it and I’m not sure how to install a factory fresh version of windows without administrator settings

Is this wastegate rattle?

I’m working on my brothers car and he says he got used turbos to replace the ones in the car and upon further inspection these arms seem to have some play but not going in/out towards the actual thing just side to side. The turbos themselves don’t have any play, only in and out so that’s good I think?

What are good courses for someone well into physical jobs stuck on house arrest at the moment?

Backstory:

I would like to think I’m a little good at a lot of things. My dad’s owned a used car dealership for pretty much ever so I’ve been working on cars with him since I was able to talk which is my forte but to be honest cars are my passion and hobby and I wouldn’t want to ruin that by making it my career. He owns quite a few properties that I have worked on with him as well. I’ve ran water lines under houses and throughout walls, built bathrooms, kitchens, painting, trimming, done electrical, replaced ac units, blowers, well pumps, septic systems. I’ve built a few computers(mainly for gaming lol) so I’d call myself tech savvy as well. I know quite a bit about a lot but none of my skills are polished. I also have a welding certificate from a college I went to which is about my only “real” certificate I guess you could say. I’ve worked in different factories and taken apart all sorts of machines and run all kinds of heavy equipment and machines, cranes - overhead and mobile, skidsteers, buckets, telehandlers. I had a job I really loved as a “welder” and I worked there for about two years which is where I ran most of the heavy machinery and actually managed most of the plant if you can believe it. It was the hardest but most diverse and rewarding job I’ve had and due to certain circumstances I had to leave it, I still get calls from those guys asking me to come back sometimes.

My situation:

Currently I’m stuck on house arrest for who knows how long to ponder my career situation. I’ll now have good support from my mom because I’ve been staying with my dad in another state doing skilled labor for essentially free for a majority of my life, which is no problem, I love my dad and would do anything for him but it’s a totally different “higher tier” ballgame here, my mom is the type of person to pay for everything and never worry instead of do everything yourself like my dad was, so there’s a much different perspective here. Nothing remote really sticks out to me(project manager(what does that even mean?), analyst, case worker). I’m a physical labor kind of person, not like break your back for 85 hours a day, but I like working with my hands and fixing/building things. At this point though I’m willing to do the courses and put in the time for golden handcuffs if it means I can support myself and my hobbies once my legal mess is over(keep in mind I might end up a felon tbh). I literally have all the time and support in the world now, the only thing is that I’m stuck at home and any courses/certifications I take have to be strictly over the computer. I just need some good ideas and maybe a push in the right direction to make good money and have a nice life, whatever job or career it leads me to. Remote or not. Thank you all in advance for your input.

Is it normal to have the same size tires front and rear?

This one has boggled me a bit for a while now since I bought my scoot because it came with the same size 13’s up front as the rear but that doesn’t seem right? I mean it rides okay, sometimes when I lean too far the whole thing wobbles during the lean and I think I’m gonna die.. but otherwise fine. Usually the rear tire of a two wheeler is thicker and/or smaller. It’s my first scooter so I wouldn’t know. Just happy to be putting along

SaFe tO RiDE oN???

I have a 1000 mile road trip in 45 minutes need to know asap. Jokes aside though how hard is it to swap a tire by yourself? Gonna pick up some tire irons here soon because none of the shops near me wanna mess with it, neither will cycle gear

Is my scooter out of alignment?

Never been dropped or anything and I can’t let go of the bars or else it will track to the side. Any ideas?

Gy6 sputtering at high rpm WOT

My gy6 150cc likes to max out at 55mph (60 indicated) at 8k rpm but lately it’s beginning to sputter at 7k rpm until I let off a little. It goes away after a little bit but when it starts it’s a bit worrisome until it clears up. I’m thinking fuel filter but what about y’all?

So I got this car from an auction with just under 200k miles. I’m not new to old bmws as I’ve had two e46’s but now I’m eager to learn about the intricacies of the e36’s as well. I have some experience doing work on a friends swapped 318(absolute shitbox) but this one is nice except the paint ofc. Is there any do’s and don’ts or anything I should know about the engine? Never really worked on 4 cyls or obd1. I noticed the bimmerworld sticker under the hood in the pictures my dad sent but that doesn’t give me much to go off of other than it’s more likely it has good quality parts on it. I’m excited to keep this car alive for a long time. Cheers and thanks y’all
