Can someone help? New Player

Brand new player here. Hello everyone. I own plenty of DLCs but I saw online that I should start the Cradle of Humanity first. I'm an Elite Dangerous,no mans sky and star citizen player but X4 feels 10 times more difficult. I'm on my first mission where you have to destroy the Xenon infrastructure and my ship is so weak even to put a dent on them. Not sure what am I doing wrong. I watched all tutorials etc. Once I deploy a satellite the xenon guys come and mess me up.

Any advice of how to approach? I really like how the game looks and feels and I have almost 5000 hours on Elite. I need few years break.

Cockpit issues

Somehow I lost the view of the cockpit glass. It's not the mesh,it's not the zoom by pressing Y. I can still see but it's like 200% zoomed. So no glass view or controls . Tried to find answer online. Everyone says CTRL H or press Y .

Any ideas?

Am I wrong ?

Is it unreasonable that sometimes I want to play alone and on my own pace ? CIG should implement "invisible" mode. ( A reason why I play alot of offline space games ).

Every time I log in,I want to do some chilling activity like hauling and I have so many people texting me or sending me requests to play ( not everyone is like this of course )

Sometimes I even block them so I can play in peace and then unblock them which is horrible to say but it is what it is.

Wish Tritium was faster to collect

I am about 48K LY away with my carrier and out of tritium, I got my Type 11 out to work.

I spend 23 Tones of tritium.

I have 10 Billions but cannot buy anything here so money is useless.

Only real work matters now...

Took me 1 hour to get 150 Tritium on the bests hotspots using the latest tech on my Stellar T11

Lost in Space

I started from Bubble and heading all the way to the left using my carrier. Got 20 tons of Tritium and seen beautiful moons... Methane though is one of my favourite!

Once I reach the absolute corner where you can't jump anymore I'll head to Colonia ...

SC clouds are different level

Only Star Citizen does clouds like these. As realistic it gets. Everyone will complain about something but noone will ever say SC is not a graphical marvel

What a ship ... Insane

I never loved a ship so much. It's literally like a home base anywhere you go and so versatile... You can carry anything you want, you can leave it in space and detach the cockpit and it's an actual functional ship with quantum and guns . You can open the roof for easier access when loading in space, the sound design is absolutely awesome... As good design can get...

I live with a dream...

That one day, hopefully before i die Elite and Space Engine will be 1 game... The details in Space Engine is insane, hard not to think Elite gererates everything the same way. Who else ever thought of that ?

It grows on you

When I first saw the Corsair I hated it. After spending 50 hours doing everything with it,combat, deliveries, hauling I truly loved it and appreciated it... The only true medium multi role ship . Engineered is a true gem!

Always Headlook and return to center

Hey guys,I got some extra keys alongside my keyboard and I was wondering if there is a way to have headlook assigned to a button that as long I hold it it will keep the headlock on ie up and when released that it will automatically centered ?

Closest that I found was to hold a button then press the extra button then release the headlock button and it returns. With a joystick or a flying stick you can assign the thumbstick and it works automatically but when using single keys it doesn't.

Just try to avoid the holding button and use a direct way when flying .

Hope that made sense ?

Another pledged ship...Oups

Currently my favourite medium size hauler alongside a nomad. Really pretty and very usable space. Although it only says you can haul 64scu cargo you can fit 100scu with the tractor beam... What a gorgeous ship this is !

I made few changes on the components and I even took it for some dog fight believe it or not .

I added :

Panther Cf-337 laser repeaters X4

Hemera Civilian A

Snowpack industrial A

Rampart industrial A

Many people don't change the stock components because some are military from factory but I think you gain more with the above . Let me know what you think.

I upgraded my pledge

I had my starter ship ( Titan ) and I realised I never took it for a combat scenario as it's not my game style. I love chilling stuff. Hauling, mining etc. I realised that this pickup truck was only £10 extra for the upgrade. Boy I love it ! This is what I called multi role .

Velocity one yaw spring sound

Brand new Turtle Beach Velocity one. On yaw movement I can hear the spring or does it supposed to sound like this ?

Anyone else has one ? It's a beautiful stick generally. Build quality doesn't seem amazing but for £70 it's fine .
