"Old Nick" (Dead/Per Ohlin's pen pal)

Dead's Italian pen pal "Old Nick" published a pamphlet of their correspondence from 1990-1991. I've been wondering if anything is known about Nick's real identity and how he got to be penpals with Dead. Perhaps there was a pen pal section in BM zines at this time? In the letters, Dead talks of Old Nick getting involved in distribution for Mayhem.

It seems Euronymous had a Columbian pen pal during this time who was also involved in distribution.

Ingrown fingernail or paronychia?

36F. Started 2 nights ago. Yellowness came up today. Quite painful. Excuse the tatty nail polish. I've been using it for years so pretty sure it's not toxic.

What's the usual procedure for removing/reducing?

Anyone want a free train ticket from Bristol Temple Meads to Didcot Parkway tomorrow?

My partner can no longer come with me and I'm outside the refund request time bracket.

Stopping at Bath Spa, Chippenham and Swindon.

Super Off-Peak Single but the specific time is 6pm.

Craft pubs/taprooms in Oxfordshire (not city) that also do food open after 7pm on Tuesday

Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire i.e. Bicester, Buckingham, Thame, Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard, Wallingford, Brackley, Faringdon. Can't do Oxford 'cause parking issues.

So me mate is treating me to dins in exchange for minding his cat for a week in Milton Keynes. Our drive is from Didcot to MK. Looking to scout a place en route for grub and a few pints. I'm a craft beer snob. Hit me with your suggestions, 'cause the places I've scouted either have shite beer or don't do food after 7pm.

Is the Lloyds bank in Cabot Circus open today?

Maps is saying temporarily closed, as does the Lloyds website, but the Google AI summary says it reopened on the 5th June?

Anyone who happens to be passing it today shout.

Cascading water fountain - water and cable contact

I've just built this cascading water fountain following the manual instructions and this video tutorial.

On the manual's Safety Instructions (pg 2) it says: "Never allow water to make contact with the plug or cable. Doing so can create a risk of electrical shock."

Pretty obvious, right? However, as per the instructions, the cable has to go inside the bottom barrel and you're supposed to chuck the water on top of it! I can't see a way around it. The guy in the instructional video, as well as the some of the Amazon reviewers with photos, seem to have their cables in the water barrels.

Any ideas? What am I missing?

Ring-like protrusion on collarbone since mid-late March

https://preview.redd.it/vmq2in3ygn2h1.jpg?width=1209&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8f8607d4404ec0c861080cc9f35adbcd8ab114b4

This popped up on me in March. It feels like a ring of thin wire under my skin. It's not itchy at all. It's yellowish in hue with reddish-pink outline. It has remained like this with no change in texture/protrusion/colour since it appeared. There looks to be a miniscule dot in the centre, possibly a bug bite? Any ideas? I am based in the UK.

I've completed most of the main quests in the game except the House Cup and left it late to do the second round of demiguise moons (mainly 'cause I forgot you can only collect them at night and when I came across them and nothing happened I got impatient).

So throughout my many hours playing I've been bypassing all the level 2 locked doors. My question is: what sort of things are behind these doors? Is it just junk like gear to sell? Or things that can actually help with remaining quests?

When I next play I'm gonna tackle those demiguise moons and I'm groaning at the thought of going back to all the locked doors.
