I think I got it right, the lighting looks spot on. Thank you all for your suggestions.I'm using off whites to get the proper tone of the scene. I've just started working on the crew figures, I'm going to be using a glazing effect.
Getting ready to detail paint the crew and the set design but I have a question, "To light or not to light that is the question ⁉️" what do you think ,like and comment it keeps life interesting..
Now that I got the walls and flooring set. I've started on carving a master pattern out of styrene and 'apoxie sculpt' to cast in resin for the walls based on the alien set. I doubt it'll be 100% perfect but it's pretty close,enough to trick the eye once painted and detailed.
Any advice ,comments, questions?
After watching the movie Alien for probably the 5,000th time. I remembered that I had a 3D print of the actual hypersleep Chambers used in the first scene of the movie. So I thought I'd start a quick vignette build. It's a work in progress but I should have it done fairly soon. If you have any questions or comments please let me know.
I've decided to model the hyper sleep pods from the movie Aliens but I needed 7 clear canopies for all the seven pods so I broke out the "vacuum-suck machine" and went to work.
Finally finished up applying some custom-hand made decals. Once they're dry I'll break out the airbrush and apply a thin Matt coating. I think I can call it a wrap.

If you haven't seen the 1970s movie Soylent Green with Charlton Heston you're missing a great classic sci-fi movie. But in this case I may have fallen down the rabbit hole. While watching the movie I decided to paint up a 3D printed trash truck that I had in the colors of the Soylent corporation.
I even added the white body bag in the back. My brother and I used to love this movie.
