Calories in labels

So there's this chemist guy, Atwater, who did some research and deduced that each gram of fat had 9 calories, while both protein and carbs had 4 calories per gram.

His work is widely accepted by the scientific community and still the standard in calorie estimation after more than a century, the "Atwater factor" is now the standard used by the FDA, WHO, and the EU.

So I was reading the label of what I considered until now "the goat" of Algerian cheeses, because of the macros it offers per 100grams:

Calories : 70

Fat: 8.9

Protein: 8.7

Carbs: 3.9

So I decided to do do math:

(8.9 x 9) + ( 8.7 x 4 ) + ( 3.9 x 4)

80.1 + 34.8 + 15.6 = 130.5 calories instead of the 70.55 labeled by Giplait.

And the numbers don't add up.

They either underestimated the total calories, or they only used 2.23 grams of fat ( ( 70.55 - 50.4) /9)

Either way. Aures in no longer the goat.

Another banger from Giplait: Rostomia

Fromage fondu ROSTOMIA

The taste and texture are so good i use it as a sauce in my omelette and on top of ground meat.

Proteins: 10 grams ✅ More the GOAT (Aures)

Carbs: 1.2 grams ✅

Fat: 16 grams ➡️ the good kind of fat.

Calories: 188 ➡️ fair but not as low as the GOAT, due to the butter.

All in all solid 8/10 outside cutting phases.

Boudaoui/Bentaleb VS Zerrouki

I know it's cool to hate on Zerrouki, but Boudaoui shined by his mediocrity today: soft in contrasts, bad placement, bad decision making when passing (though this is more of a symptom of the collective lack of preparation)

While we saw Zerrouki in virtually all his previous matches doing more interceptions, being tougher on contrasts, doing quick transcending passes.

While poor Bentaleb was just lost in the field playing goubbahi while the opponent was berouali.

The only positive trait I expected from Petkoviç was that maybe he was going to be completely insensitive to the popular opinion and pressure, but the formation he put today seems to say otherwise.

One of the worst chocolates I've ever had. It has a weird aftertaste, why ?! This company needs to up its R&D game, just bring outside tasters and ask for their opinions before launching a product in the nature.

Still are the whole thing though.
