Getting some extra money and wanna put it in my account asap so just wanted to know a timeline.

I’ve heard a lot of people file unemployment after a season if they haven't found anything right away. How does it work with seasonal? I’m in Alaska, should I file with them when my job ends? or the job I had for 7 months before I came here? Is there a certain amount you have to make? Timeframe for working? Also, after this I’ll be going to my home state until I find something idk if that has an affect on the unemployment. If you’ve done this process before could you guys help me understand.

I’m wanting to get the whole Dawn of The Dance line when it comes out but I’m nervous. I like G1 dolls the best but they’re pricey secondhand for good ones so I want to get my hands on the creepos. should I spend the $10 for the fangclub since they get early access to drops. I’m assuming they’ll be at Walmart and Target? Did they sell out immediately or were they on shelves for a while? Think im mostly nervous to compete with scalpers.

Currently in AK for summer and my bf and I are wanting to do a winter job from end of December/January to April. We usually don’t do winter seasons but we wanna try again. We did one winter season at Stevens Pass, and I tried a winter before I met him at the YMCA of the Rockies. YMCA was weird so I left. I’ve been searching on the sub but it feels like every place has crazy reviews. I’ve been doing seasonal for a while so I know it’s not perfect but some places are better than others. Can anyone drop positive feedback for a location you’ve been working at. Our biggest deal breaker is housing, only wanna work somewhere that provides it that’s why I wanna jump on this now.

I barely worked the last 2 weeks so I knew my check was gonna be light but something is definitely wrong. My federal withholdings my last few checks have been between $58-$72. My checks range $1k-$1.2k (gross income). This check was $842 (gross income) and my withholding was $165! That makes no sense to me.
