I really need help

I upgraded my motherboard, cpu, and ram recently and I’ve been having this issue ever since. When I press a key, sometimes it acts like I’m holding it. There’s also input delay that comes and goes. And randomly my keyboard, mouse, mic, and the rgb on my fans shut off for 10ish seconds.

Here’s my specs:

Gigabyte x870 gaming WiFi 6
Ryzen 7 7800x3d
Radeon 7700xt
2x16 ddr5 Corsair vengeance rgb
Corsair 850 watt power supply
BIOS version f14c
Windows 10

I’ll list what I’ve done to fix it so far.

Updated graphics drivers
Deleted gigabyte control center
Updated BIOS
Turned of x3d boost
Turned of expo
Updated chipset drivers
Updated BIOS again
Updated usb drivers (not a clue if that worked)
Deleted gigabyte ai memory boost

I don’t know what else to do and I’m on the verge of losing my sanity. Please, someone help me.

Anyone else crashing when trying to open the mission list?

Almost every time I go to open the mission list the game crashes, it happens with the map sometimes too. I’m playing single player btw.

My specs:
Radeon rx 7700 xt
Ryzen 7 7800x3d
32 gigs ddr5

Is the newest driver version safe?

Is 26.6.4 gonna break my computer again? I believe it was either 26.6.3 or 26.6.2 that I had to roll back from due to it not detecting my GPU or something. Anyway, is this one working?

Edit: I downloaded 26.6.4 and it seems to be working fine, I’m not having any of the freezing or lag that some people were saying, and everything seems to be running fine. For some reason it auto enabled FSR, but other than that it works.

Ok, so this morning I went to turn on my pc, and it started making this horrible grinding noise. I looked at my fans (which were in need of a cleaning) and turned off my computer. One of my intake fans was like, wobbling, and way slower than normal. I opened it up and cleaned it out, but it was still doing it. I ordered new fans, but they won’t get here for almost a week. I know I could just unplug it, but I’m worried about having a loose cable dangling around in my case. And I don’t want to do a full teardown right now, and have to do cable management and stuff just to do it all again in a week. So, is it safe to (for extended periods of time) stop a case fan with a pen or something?
