Maybe this is a stupid question.

We have a house under contract and it has not been lived in for quite a few years. It does have all Viking appliances in it refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove. Of course the power is off and I’m wondering is there anyway to test these appliances if they don’t work it’s definitely going to be a dealbreaker. Could I use something like a Bluetti to plug them into and try or is that just not going to work..
Thanks for any information. It is a beautiful house except it needs a new roof and a bunch of mold cleaned up.

Beautiful Thing

Hi! I am pretty new macramé. I used to make plant hangers many, many years ago. I saw this picture online and would love to be able to make some of these but I have no idea what kind of thread or whatever this is. Also, is there anybody on here the creator of this? I would love to buy a pattern for the sail…. thank you in advance.

Can Not Play

I play on my IPad Pro. I have almost never had these connection problems. This is the message I get. Not sure what the “gold” means…anyone have any ideas about this? Thanks, I miss playing.

Silk Pajamas?

Hello! I am looking for some information on this pretty little plant I bought at a roadside farm stand. The name on it was Tradescantia Silk Pajamas. It’s not a very assuming plant, and I just reached down and touched the leaves, and it was one of the softest things I have ever felt. For 3 dollars I had to definitely buy it just so I could touch the leaves. Almost like touching the end of a horse’s velvety nose! I did try to look it up and whenever I put in the name I got many pictures of people in pajamas and pictures of pajamas, of course. I really love this little plant and I have already started some cuttings of it. Any information on it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
