Howdy, I know the market atm is so choppy.

So zooming out, is the value and demand still there for semis in 12 months time?

Does SK recover in the next 6-12 months? A large % of my portfolio was SK before the IPO and been red days ever since

Thoughts on this meeting that’s happening that caused MU to drop?

Is the whole semi sector looking bearish?

Does this stop fasting benefits like autophagy

If I stop eating at 6pm, have a coffee at 7am, then go do hard trade labour work for 4 hours till lunch

Which is a teaspoon of sugar, tiny splash of milk. Does that reset the timer for autophagy and other benefits even tho it is just a small amount of simple carbs

Hi there, got some questions as a extremely physically active 21y.o. man, who’s also tryna prioritise protein and carb intake and find fasting is stuffing up my goals, is anyone is able to give a hand :)

I am also type one diabetic (solely insulin dependent)

I work 5x 10 hour days landscaping in Australia - physical as all fuck, digging tonnes out of by hand a day, concreting, paving etc

Play/train Aussie rules footy 2x a week. And also gym 3 days a week.

If I don’t eat in the mornings I feel destroyed at work and no energy, is there a way around this? And does say eating something like just a coffee and tuna stop all benefits of fasting if I don’t eat again till lunch?

I’ve always been told by drs eating breakfast helps stabilise my blood sugars?

and also I find late at night right before bed I snack crazy. Have dinner at 6:30, by 10 I am elbow deep in a pack of chips or half a tub of Nutella on toast…..

Any tips on stopping late night snacking?

I only have a coffee, tuna and protein shake for brekkie (breakfast for main landers)

I know semis pumped 7-12% yesterday, but is there any indicators to going lower.

EDIT, already have 15k split across Aussie etf, world wide, Asia, Nasdaq

Or do I deposit 50% and 50% in a month?

Howdy, I just had my fuel pump die on me - assuming $3200 to fix, now debating a whole new engine. What Engine do you guys recommend?

Only a young lad so don’t have a crap tonne of $ to go throwing around.

It is my daily, looking for something that is reliable and powerful - I run 35” AT.

The reason I’m debating a new engine is that it is a ZD30 CRD, $3k+ to fix fuel pump, There’s already an injector seal leak, 2 unknown leaks I can see, and maybe an oil pan leak? plus whatever else decides to go Kaput…. I think I’m better off buying a new engine right???

Engine has 227,000 EGR block, tilex, new rocker cover, return fuel line, 3” straight through. That’s about it tbh
