Not sure why I waited so long, this thing is awesome!

I inherited these from my grandmother. None are in working condition, but I’ll be fixing them up and passing them on to my daughter, who has recently started showing an interest in watches and asked for one as a birthday gift. Happy Father’s Day everybody!

Went camping this weekend. Watch performed admirably, as expected.

Santos, Loco, and 660 owners, did you cross shop these models? How did you choose between them? I had convinced myself that I wanted a Cartier Santos for a long time, but then the 660 caught my eye as a more affordable but still really nice alternative, and then I saw the loco and thought “oh I can have high horology on an integrated sports watch for less than a Santos?” But now I don’t know if I want simple clean and classy, or crazy and cool. Maybe should sit on the decision for a few weeks and see if my feelings evolve. Anybody go through a similar process? What did you end up with?

Tweed strap, desk diving old school

That’s the strap that comes with the Bel Canto Lumiere, I bought it along with my C60 Trident Lumiere that I just got. Pretty freakin’ great watch

It’s a little hard to see in photos, but from some angles my new CW has visible concentric circles on the face of the crystal that appear like physical smudges (through they aren’t). Is this an artifact of the AR that CW uses? What kind of AR coating DO they use? Regardless of what’s causing this issue and despite this admittedly very minor annoyance, I’m in love with this watch
