Saddle pressure causing groin pain/pressure and urge to pee

Hello.. I'm a total beginner and got myself my first kind of trekking bike, I even bought a medicus brand saddle, tried 2 other saddles too.. I have also adjusted the saddle angle a bit and the handle bar height... When I lean over specificaly to rest my elbows on the handlebars etc when going downhill or resting when riding I get this pressure on my groin/prostate area, this nerve? , this need to pee .. is this normal, how to fix? I also tried to adjust the handlebars angle but it's a 20 year old bike i bought used and it seems to be rusted stuck. I am able to adjust the height of the handle bars though. I am also having sore hands but that's probably normal as a beginner? I've been riding with jeans, will get some proper bicycle pants. I've been doing 1-2 hour rides.

How to finish Half-Rotted Slimy Horse Manure over winter

I need some help. I'm a beginner, at least with horse manure. I've been able to make hot garden compost from grass clippings and sawdust but horse manure is new to me.

I've gotten access to about 1 cubic meter of about 1 year old horse manure that has been left outside in large huge long piles. it is all passive cold composted and not yet done. I will get it delivered in a few days.

the horse manure is:

- still smelling a bit

- has a clay/sticky slimy texture

- if left in sun gets a rock hard crust

- it is dark, not much visible horse manure to see

I am in north Germany, gets somewhat rainy cold winters and sometimes freezing temperatures.

what I can add to the manure ?... I have:

* a lot of Douglas fir fresh fine untreated sawdust

* Some organic straw

* access to water

* Some half finished hot garden compost

* horn shavings medium coarse (14 % nitrogen )

* possibly a small bucket of freshly shredded green wood chips

* A passive plastic composter with holes(1 cubic meter size) with lid. I can drill more holes in it.

* direct access to clear, yellow, stinking warm human piss

* garden fork, shovels, patience, the will to learn this 🤔

I would like to pile? this half finished manure in a separate pile (I guess?) over the winter and maybe turn it sometimes during the winter and make it as finalised as possible for April/may next year and make a new no dig bed with it.

In spring, once I spread it over cardboard , I will put some garden compost on top of it as top dressing. that's the idea anyway. I think I'll plant potatoes and maybe Rutabaga.

what should I add to this half done manure over winter , how to pile it? any other idea/plan? cover it? add straw? sawdust? sandwich with straw layers? put it in the passive bin and drill more holes? take it out and turn it 3 times over the winter?! put a pipe with holes in it in the middle?

I'm a complete beginner with composting horse manure and a beginner at winter composting.

any help appreciated.

Battery Replacement - Redmi Note 9 / 10 Pro 4G - recommended battery aftermarket brand? (BN53)

Does anyone know what's the best aftermarket battery brand for redmi note 10 pro / 9 pro? (BN53) I have replaced the battery but I am not happy with the quality, I bought a battery with tools kit cheap from AliExpress, don't know the brand, was not good, even bought a used battery locally, also not good, looking for the best aftermarket (or OEM(if possible) BN53 replacement battery and where to buy it. or is there no good alternative ? I'm in Germany.

Considering trying MTG again after 30 ish years

hey, I'm considering giving MTG a try again. I'm 40M , I tried it briefly in the mid to late 90s (must have been). was no community there, very rural small village.. tried it again around mid 00s, got crushed by these goblin or zombie decks.. was only 1 Vs 1, I have no idea what commander is.. what's the vibe these days? btw I'm in Germany and I'm broke, would only be possible to get proxies basically. where do I start..? would be looking to play in person old school meeting people , casual play.

first time gettin it hot. Sawdust+Grass clippings works 😃 👍🏻

Finally I got up to 55-60 celcius. The trick was adding fresh sawdust with fresh grass clippings and a tiny bit of water. I have a friend who has a sawmill just 5 minutes away. I can pick up sawdust there for free anytime I want. he has truckloads.

I can't sleep when someone else is sleeping in the same room/bed

I can't relax and fall asleep if another person is in the same room or bed as me. (Has nothing to do with snoring, smell or noise etc.), My body just can't relax, my nervous system won't go into relax mode unless I'm the only person in the room, and I need to toss and turn a bit before I can fall asleep. I didn't have this problem as a kid but it started sometime in my mid-late teens. Once I sleep, I sleep like a stone, it's just falling asleep with a other human in the room thats the problem. It's as if I just can't relax, maybe I'm tuned into the other person's nervous system. I think especially if the other person is full with stress/negative emotions. anyone else got this problem?

It seems Introversion and highly sensitive go hand in hand, as well as us having anxiety and depression, and being lonely and weird and searching for that special community/tribe and never finding it + being victims of narcissistic abuse. Is this true or are there a bunch of super duper happy extroverts partying in this sub? any thoughts, inputs?

Hi, this is gonna be a bit of a ramble/rant.. I'm 40M and I've tried all kinds of jobs, even got myself an education at a university and I've lived just about everywhere, in different countries, in villages, in big cities, small cities...

at heart I'm a musician(singer, guitar, piano) but I can't make friends or build a network and I get no chance to get any gigs/concerts. I'm quite good and If I had a network I would have probably been a full time musician. I know of people who have way less talent than me and are making a living doing music as performers as sidemen or mainmen and it's all because they are either very likable and/or completely neurotypical extroverts and have a large network of friends and people they know.

but anyways, enough about my music crap,

my point about this post was that I've tried all kinds of jobs imaginable, full time, part time you name it and no matter what I do there's always some kind of piece of shit coworker that gets on my nerves or is bullying me. I've stood up to bullies but they don't even stop, even told the boss, but the dude just kept on going. and the boss/co workers usually don't validate me because they see me as way too sensitive anyway.

I pick up on all kinds of subtle tones and body language and I have often thought I was paranoid but anyways...

I always end up quitting the job. I've been unemployed for a while now

I've moved around different countries constantly looking to find my community of like minded musicians but I've basically given it up. been trying since I was like 16 to find my tribe. but I must be an alien, don't seem to fit in anywhere in this world. this makes me lonely and at times deeply depressed. I was raised in a toxic home and I decided some years ago to completely cut my family out as it did me no good at all. and of course I was the only person in my whole family who does anything remotely artistic. the rest of them are all working 9-5 in an office or so. I don't even think they see me as a musician. So I tried all my life to be normal, to fit in normal society, but I found out it's impossible for me to do so.

I can't stay at one place for more than a few years, I like to move, I guess I grow sick of the same places as they sort of become a disappointment as I can't find what I'm looking for here either.

Then People might tell me, "oh man , it's because you are always moving that you can't find your people, this takes time man!"

Well, I lived for like 7 years in the biggest student city in my country of origin and... if 7 years is not enough... So no, it's not like I leave a place just to leave, I leave because it's like a desert, I can't find "water"...

Right now (after I've been here 2-3 years) I'm gonna move somewhere but I have no idea where to go. I grew up in a village, and I love nature, but villages around here have only old people(I'm in central Europe). and Cities stress me out completely. I actually hate cities to be honest, If I had the choice I would live in the middle of nowhere or a very small town with 10-20 real good friends/acquaintances... I honestly don't know what the hell I'm living for anymore, and I used to believe my dream was possible but now I just don't believe I'll find my "family" ever. I don't really care about anything else but music.

I'm sick of trying and just being disappointed again and again, I've tried online everywhere imaginable, I've basically accepted that is not gonna happen but the problem is I don't have any other passions. I'm living in a dead old town right now, came here as I knew some people I thought knew some musicians but I was wrong, as always... anyways... guess nobody wants to react to my stupid rant.. anyways I guess I wasted time writing here... have a nice day...! I'm just gonna click on "post" anyway.. not deleting this crap after taking the time to write it all!

Hallo zusammen,
